CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. A nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Late Arrivals: A grace period (15 minutes) is given for late arrivals, after which the appointment may be canceled or incur fees. No-Shows: A charge for the full service or forfeiture of the deposit. Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds for services rendered. However we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. Service Policy: We have a “one client only” policy. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
